We connect clients with professionals for construction, renovation, and related services.

2️⃣ Use of Services

By using our services, you agree:

To provide accurate, complete, and current information.
That you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
To use our platform only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if false information or misuse is detected.

3️⃣ Quotations & Pricing

All estimates and BOQs (Bills of Quantity) provided are based on available data at the time of request.
Prices may vary depending on material availability, design changes, or government regulations.
“Locked Rates” are valid only under confirmed work orders and milestone agreements.

4️⃣ Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through secure, third-party gateways or escrow accounts.
Milestone-based payment schedules will be mutually agreed upon before project initiation.
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to terms of engagement and project progress.

5️⃣ Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

ConstructionBaba collaborates with verified professionals; however:

Actual construction work is executed by third-party contractors or vendors.
ConstructionBaba is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by such third parties, except where explicitly managed under our project management agreement.

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, graphics, designs, logos, and digital assets — is the intellectual property of ConstructionBaba.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this material without written consent.

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

ConstructionBaba shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Project delays caused by unforeseen events (weather, regulatory approvals, strikes, etc.),
Errors arising from client-provided data or third-party inputs.

8️⃣Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be:

First attempted to resolve amicably through mutual communication.
If unresolved, referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Kolkata, India.
Governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

9️⃣ Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11️⃣ Modifications to Terms

ConstructionBaba may update or modify these Terms anytime. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
